Back to Nature

Except for human beings, according to my humble knowledge, no living thing- under normal circumstances- has changed its diet since it came into being. Whatever food their ancestors consumed, they still devour with much content and satisfaction. Apples, for instance, look so deceptively delicious with their breath-taking color and shine but once you take a bite, you do not feel like taking another one. Why is that? I have eaten and seen real organic apples and although their appearance is not always impressive, their taste is unforgettable. As a matter of fact, when you bring these apples home, the whole house smells of apple aroma. Why is that? Why don't store bought apples smell, look and taste the same way? Can we at least ask the question? Do you have other questions you want to ask? Let us all get together, wonder why and find answers.
